Kawasaki 550 '86-90 iron cylinder sleeve made from chrome-moly alloy. Outside diameter precision centerless ground. Ports cut to precision dimensions and shapes for ease of installation and port match-up. Inside diameter must be bored and honed to size piston after installation. As an optional service, you may send your cylinder to Atlantic Jet Sports for re-sleeving and piston set up, additional fee applies and new piston needs to be on hand at time of service.

Manufactures Note: Original barrel is cast-iron. The cylinder must be bored to accept the new cylinder sleeve.
