Yamaha 800 '98-05 cylinder sleeve made from chrome-moly alloy. Outside diameter precision centerless ground. Ports cut to precision dimensions and shapes for ease of installation and port match-up. Inside diameter must be bored and honed to size piston after installation. As an optional service, you may send your cylinder to Atlantic Jet Sports for re-sleeving and piston set up, an additional fee applies and a new piston needs to be on hand at the time of service.

Manufactures Note: Original cylinder bore is alloy-chrome plated, Nikasil, or electrofused. The cylinder must be bored to accept the new cylinder sleeve.
