Returns and Exchanges

As of April 1, 2026, all Return Requests must be initiated by the customer through the Customer Account Portal within 10 days from the date of delivery. Once submitted, the return request will be reviewed for approval or denial. For exchanges, please email Customer Service with your request.

Damage, Defects & Workmanship Concerns

If an item arrives damaged in transit or appears to have a defect in materials or workmanship, Atlantic Jet Sports will assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier or manufacturer.

All concerns regarding damage, defects, or workmanship must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, we will not be responsible for any issues.

How To Start A Return Request:

    1. Sign In To Your Customer Account — From the top right side of the website, log in to your customer account.
    2. Find Your Order — Once signed in, navigate to your order history and select the order you want to initiate a return for.
    3. Select The Items — From the order details, select the items you want to return and the reason for the return request.
    4. Submit The Return Request — After you select the items you want to return, click on the "Request Return" button.
    5. Receive Confirmation — After submitting your return request, your customer account will update to show the request, and you will receive a request confirmation email for your records.

Once submitted, one of our customer service representatives will review your request for approval or denial within 24 hours, and you will be notified via email.

Things To Remember:

    • You have up to 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. No returns will be approved after the 10th day.
    • All returned products must be in unmodified, NEW and UNUSED condition, must be in the original packaging, and must include instruction manuals, hardware, and all accessories included when the product was originally shipped. Any used or installed equipment cannot be returned. Items returned to Atlantic Jet Sports without an approved return request will be refused at our shipping dock.
    • There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items returned to Atlantic Jet Sports. The items that are subject to this restocking fee are items that are being returned for reasons other than damage, defect, or items that were received as a result of an error by Atlantic Jet Sports.
    • You will be responsible for any shipping costs back to us for your return.
    • View items that are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances below.

Packaging Requirements:

Please pack returns carefully (use the packaging the item(s) came in) and use a method of shipment that can be tracked (example: UPS Ground). Once received, we will credit your account for the full purchase price, less the initial shipping and handling, and if applicable, the restocking fee. Please be sure to include a copy of your order receipt.

Merchandise can be returned for a refund to your original method of payment or a store credit. Please note that refunds made to your credit card can take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement. Returns are processed at our facility on Mondays.

****** IMPORTANT: Please do not place address labels on the item box or package. If the package that the item came in is defaced, it cannot be returned. Example: If you are returning a piston kit, do not put the shipping label on the piston box. Place the piston kit box inside a shipping box, and place the address label on the shipping box. Again, if the item package is defaced, it cannot be returned.

Return Policy – Non‑Returnable & Restricted Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:

Upholstery, Seat Covers & Mat Products

    • Hydro Turf, Riva Racing, Jet Trim, and SC Wake seat covers, mat kits, mat sheets, chin pads, and upholstery kits.

Transportation, Docking & Storage Equipment

    • Aqua Cart transportation beach dollies, display carts, watercraft stands, lifting slings, and all related parts or accessories.
    • Factory Zero transportation beach dollies, display carts, watercraft stands, fishing racks, and all related parts or accessories.
    • Roll-N-Go docking systems, extensions, and all related parts or accessories.

Electrical Components, Including But Not Limited To

    • Starter motors, regulators, relays, CDI units, ignition coils, fuel injectors, Flywheels, and stator coils and assemblies.

Specialty & Custom Items

    • Aqua Performance watercraft steps.
    • RRP handlepoles.
    • Special‑order items.
    • Close‑out items.
    • Personalized or custom‑made products.

Media, Manuals & Electronics

The following items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return:

    • DVD, video, audio, software media.
    • Service manuals and books.
    • Damaged or defective DVD, video, audio, or software media may be exchanged for the same item only.

Open Box Items

    • All Open Box items are excluded from free shipping promotions and are non-returnable. All sales of open box items are final.

WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS:
Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC. disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, with respect to any merchandise purchased in any way from Atlantic Jet Sports. All warranties are those of the manufacturer. We will be happy to assist you in placing a warranty claim with the manufacturer, but please remember that approving or denying a warranty claim is determined by the product manufacturer. Any modification to product(s) voids your warranty. All claims for consequential, physical, incidental, or special damage are hereby excluded.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Special-ordered items, including but not limited to Aqua Carts & Factory Zero Beach Dollies, Shop Carts, Transportation/Storage Stands, Lifting Slings, Jet Trim, and Hydro Turf seat covers, chin pad covers, upholstery, and mat kits, cannot be canceled once put into production. Payment for these items is required in advance. If the order has not yet entered production, it may be canceled, and a refund will be issued minus a 4% credit card processing fee. Cancellation of all other orders must be received before the time at which the order has been shipped. Atlantic Jet Sports, LLC cannot cancel an order after it has left our facility or has been processed as a drop shipment from one of our distributors.
