Kawasaki 650 '86-96 cylinder sleeve made from chrome-moly alloy. Outside diameter precision centerless ground. Ports cut to precision dimensions and shapes for ease of installation and port match-up. Inside diameter must be bored and honed to size piston after installation. As an optional service, you may send your cylinder to Atlantic Jet Sports for re-sleeving and piston set up, additional fee applies and new piston needs to be on hand at time of service.

Manufactures Note: Original block has a cast-in sleeve liner in the cylinder. The cylinder must be bored out to accept the new cylinder sleeve. The cast-in liner will be bored completely out of the cylinder. Do not try to push out the cast-in liner, cylinder damage may be the result.
